Delete your account

Permanently close your Stayvera account and remove the personal information we no longer need.

Before you continue

Access ends immediately. Most personal account content is deleted within 30 days.
Restricted backups ordinarily clear within 90 days. Evidence of your request may be kept for up to 24 months.
Some transaction records may be kept for up to 10 years where required for legal, tax, accounting, or claims obligations.

Deleting your account does not cancel a booking, payment, refund, dispute, or payout. Those items continue to be handled under their existing terms.

For your security, you may be asked to verify your identity.
